Seasoned Potatoes

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 18 minutes | Serves 6

½ cup avocado oil

3 lbs. russet potatoes, diced

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons sea salt

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups chicken broth

Add the oil to the insert of the Instant Pot and select “Sauté” function on it.

Add the diced potatoes, and onion to the oil and sauté for 8 minutes.

Now stir in all the remaining ingredients.

Secure the lid and select the “Manual” function with 10 minutes cooking time.

After the beep, do a “Quick release” and remove the lid.

Sprinkle additional seasoning on top and serve.
