1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups basmati rice
3 oz butter 1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup spinach
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup dill
4 cups beef broth
Select the SAUTÉ setting on the Instant Pot and heat the oil. Add rice, butter and minced garlic. Stir and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the spinach and dill carefully. Chop the greens. Transfer the chopped greens in the blender and blend them well.
Pour the beef broth in the Instant Pot and stir. Add the blended greens in the rice mixture.
Add salt and dried oregano and mix just until combined.
Close and secure the lid. Select RICE and cook for 20 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, use a Quick Release. Open the lid. Transfer the rice to the serving bowl and serve.
